Program cant retrieve anything

Hello,
Im getting this message:
Xbox.com is acting strangely. It may be down for maintenance, or they may have changed things. If Xbox.com is up, please let me know by email or post on the XBList forums.

Xbox.com is up so im letting you know as requested by the program.

Yes it does. I had to re-login for some reason.

It keeps doing this to me. It is fixed if I close the program, open up IE, go to xbox.com, enter my email address+password and ask it to save both, and reopen the program, but then I'll check back in a few hours and it'll be giving me this error again. It is quite annoying.
