I also have a problem that either XBList crashes or just quits working in Vista 32 bit. Here is the problem list when the program crashes:

Hmm, that shouldn't be a problem then. I'm really not sure what would be causing it to run out of memory. Maybe some strange runaway loop or something. How many friends do you have on Live?Posted 1 year ago #

I have about 42 people in my friends list. At the most, I usually have about 11 that are on-line at anytime. I'm trying to think of anything else that might help. It's usually random when the program stops working. Sometimes it will go a day or two before it quits. Sometimes it will do it a couple of times a day. Sorry that I can't be more helpful on that.
I just happened to think that it also happened on the build before this one also. It just usually quit working and gave me a not responding message any time that it quit.
Just had XBList stop again this morning. While looking at the error report, I found one that occurs when the program stops responding. Here is that report:

I am having the same problem. After a random amount of time it uses around 1GB of memory (I have 2GB). There are no error messages shown and the program still works. It just seems to take all the memory. I am using XP 32bit.
Not sure if this helps, I think the problems started to happen after NXE was released. I am sure it happened once or twice in the previous version and is happening for definite in this new version.Posted 1 year ago # -
Hm. Unfortunately out-of-memory problems are hard to get info on. My guess would be that it's in the emblem-handling code, since it's resizing images and such, but honestly I don't know. The other problem could stem from the fact that XBList uses Internet Explorer under the covers to get data from Xbox.com - if you have a bunch of addons installed in IE, it could go crazy and use a ton of memory. Do you have any IE addons?Posted 1 year ago #

I have only 10 add-ons for IE. The normal java, flash, AVG and things like that.Posted 1 year ago #
